You have a right to know what data is being collected.
Webteacher Software runs statistics software on many of its pages which collect all of the environment data from our visitors. Visitor data logs may include the date and time of your visit, your IP address, the URL from which you clicked a link to us, your web browser software, your operating system, and your screen resolution. It is not possible for anyone to determine your name or e-mail address from the web environment data alone.
This information is necessary to build accurate reports. For example, without logging the IP addresses, we would not be able to distinguish between the number of new visitors, and the number of repeat visitors.
No cookies are used to store demographic data on our site. Any pages which do have cookies, the Webdata Bulletin Board for example, are not connected to our visitor data logs. The cookie is merely a convenience to prevent duplicate entry into a form, and no data from any cookie on our site is being stored.
